What You Need to Know
- Passengers may select one of the available special menus at least 24 hours before departure via our website, mobile app, call center, or sales offices.
- If no menu selection is made in advance, the standard menu will be served on board.
- Passengers who choose a vegetarian menu will receive a vegetarian option for breakfast as well.
- Passengers who select a Kosher menu will receive the same type of menu for breakfast.
Business Class menu
Upon boarding, passengers are welcomed with a welcome drink and a presentation of the flight’s catering menu.
On intercontinental flights, we serve main meals, and on selected routes we also offer a snack service. Our menu includes options such as salmon, beef, vegetable ragout, and other dishes, depending on passenger preferences.
For breakfast, we offer products prepared with healthier ingredients, three main course options, and delicious desserts such as fruit salad and pastries.
After the meal, passengers may choose from a wide selection of hot and cold beverages.
Economy Class menu
Our dishes, prepared using the finest ingredients from Turkish and international cuisine, are carefully crafted and served with fresh, seasonal products on international and intercontinental Economy Class flights. Menus vary depending on the flight duration and departure time.
For breakfast, we offer both hot and cold options, including eggs, yogurt with cereals, and pastries. Dinner includes appetizers, pasta, grilled dishes, as well as a vegetarian option.
Passengers on international flights may request a special menu tailored to their preferences and dietary needs up to 24 hours before departure.
